Es por ello muy importante realizar esfuerzo activo y enfocado en marcar los límites entre el tiempo de trabajo y el tiempo de ocio. My last year was truly “hell”. My personal and professional boundaries were all messed up and I wasn’t going anywhere. My hustle wasn’t even making me money lol. That’s where I started understanding what needs to be on the plate and what has to cut off. It includes cutting off with people in your personal life who might be taking unnecessary time of yours. It’s tough, but crucial for your sanity.

I really need a time off. And during this, I appreciate doing nothing or meditating or any hobby in which I don't succeed. The most important thing to me is dedicating relaxing time to empty my mind and to feel free of responsabilities and pressure.

Force yourself to take a break and get outside during daylight hours. Studies show that we need sunlight to improve mood and productivity (just make sure to wear sunscreen). Take a walk, listen to your favorite podcast or music or an audiobook, walk your dogs (do all three simultaneously for the trifecta of productivity and happiness). Schedule time for both outdoor exercise and inside strength training (lift weights at a gym and you are being good for your body and adding social activity that is not work oriented to your day as well).
Just as you schedule time for content creation, it's important to schedule downtime. Mark it on your calendar as you would any other important appointment. La organización siempre se ha asociado a productividad laboral, a la producción económica. No obstante, aplicar organización a la productividad personal planeando nuestro tiempo de ocio y descanso nos permitirá establecer rutinas para nuestro tiempo libre. En mi caso, el deporte colectivo, en especial el pádel, la lectura y la practica de un instrumento musical me permiten disfrutar al máximo y desconectar.
