🤠Although I’ve never worked as a manager, I’ll talk about my way to delegate tasks, using an example of when I was training a new Net-Engineer who had joined into the team: 1) Teaching him, at the first time, showing how YOU do it. 2) Ask to repeat the task documenting each step. 3)Ask him to see the documentation and give him a truly feedback. 4)Ask to save the doc created. It’ll be useful for himself on future. 5) Inform him that He’s the new responsible for that task. 6)Make yourself available to support him if needed. Showing “how do YOU do it” at the first time is the best way to teach other people.👨🏫 They can analyze your methodologies and best practices, observing the level of attention and necessary cares during every task.😉
