Large missing sales opportunity every dealer should send sales team to independent shops monthly. Prob 10-100 unit sales annually missing depending on size of clients.

Teamwork? As much as we would like it, business is not the ideal world. We all know well that -despite the "politically correct" that has also invaded the cynical automotive world- it is very difficult for the sales team to do teamwork! I was told by several car dealers that every salesman is a solitary hunter because he has his own personal objectives and those objectives set by the manager! So every salesperson is in open competition with their colleagues... sure, I know companies where salespeople have common "team goals" and work together successfully, but this is not the norm. Business is business and in sales (as in hunting) it is a personal matter. Beside this... one-size-do-not-fits-all! These my 2 Cents.
Small perks can make a big difference in employee morale. Consider offering flexible working hours, occasional remote work options, or even gym memberships. These perks show that you care about your employees' work-life balance and overall well-being, which can translate into a more dedicated and happier sales team.

Keep your team informed about company performance, upcoming challenges, and any changes that may affect them. This level of openness helps employees feel secure and respected, which can lead to greater engagement and a stronger sense of belonging within the company.
