Change is natural to many industries, but happens slow in transport or rail currently. The disruptor mentality has been lost since 1960s and is only coming now back with the rise of new night train companies. This makes for people working in especially rail crucial to look out for disruptive new ways of thinking and seeing the industry and in creating a strategic stability in our core business. This can only be done trough continuous adapting and learning! :)
