Always listen everyone, talk to your team and creat a great atmophere to work. For that you can use tools like the google agenda, google calendar, educate and direct your team to do the things you planed in the clearest way possible. The most important thing, in my experience, is to be awere of the health (especially the mental health) of your team. As a result you have a great place to work and also better results.
