I would say the number one commitment is to serve the team with best knowledge if you don't get the message across in an easy fashion what the roles each individual has to do for there assignments I would say your communication isn't getting across in the proper manner which would fall back on my shoulders if I am the leader you have to know all rolls in the position you have execution and have a strong support from your team when you want to educate your staff on execution you have to have gone through similar sceneries this where your communication and your strategy will execute the problems we have to solve.You understand stand that your customers are number one and your marketing is has to be Superior to your competitors.

I usually create notes for the next meeting at the conclusion of the most recent one, regardless of how far in advance it is. As the project progresses, I add any new items or concerns to the future meeting notes so I don't forget to cover them. This approach helps me to go into a meeting fully prepared with minimal preparation on the day of the meeting.
