Mining Consultanting firms go through the cycles of the mining industry in a more extreme manner then the mining house's and must consider merges & employee retention during the hard times as their capital and asset base. But they close down like mining companys do and dream of being a centralised one stop shop but truthfully the consulting industry has always been boom and bust . I can not see this changing.....
