When training, be consistent. One of my setbacks was inconsistency which took too long to learn a new product and as a result I never closed my knowledge gap and essentially had to retrain - this is time and money wasted. A lot of the programs are self taught, so be your own professor, write out your syllabus, throw it on your calendar and be accountable for yourself. You'll find growth and success if you commit.
