Quand j'accompagne des collaborateurs/étudiants je préconise 3 attitudes face à une question : 1. on comprend la question, on possède la réponse, on répond 2. on comprend la question, mais on ne possède pas la réponse : soit on assume ne pas savoir, soit on demande pour quand la réponse doit être apportée. Cela laisse un temps de structuration de la réponse. En entretien, on peut aussi préciser la méthode qu'on déploierait pour aller chercher la bonne réponse. 3. on ne comprend pas la question : la faire reformuler en demandant une illustration.
