Tai CHi has been an absolute game changer for me. Right in the morning, straight out of bed. Sometimes meditation can prove tough for me, however while focusing on the movements of Tai Chi, I find it far easier to concentrate. While in practice, i can immediately notice a difference in my day to day life. Less jumpy, more energy, focused, the list goes on. It is truly transformational!
