(edited)As much as providing and acting up on the feedback is important, its equally important to objectively track them and see how the team have improvised on the feedbacks. Wile there are many occasions like sprint retro, milestone completions, standup meetings and other instances where the feedbacks are passed on subjectively, what generally lacks is a system or process to track such feedbacks, track how the team member have acted up on it and what the outcome was. Having a system to track and see progress not only improves the overall success, but also improves transparency in the system and provides a way for continuous improvement.

Just as we work with Enterprise customers - Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) are equally important for Startup Project success. MBRs and QBRs are key for collecting feedback from the client and showcasing how team is progressing.
