I have been able to build stronger relationships with my team as a leader by encouraging discussion and feedback in all processes. I learn from them, they learn from me, and we all learn from each other ensuring trust and respect. It's always a productive discussion with humours and jokes too. Whether it is a matter of researching, brainstorming, designing, writing, developing and producing the final (digital) product, we sit together and through ideas at each step. I really enjoy working with them.
