From your SWOT, Pestle and Organiztional research what will be the definition of value to this organization? 4. Determine what problem needs to be solved for or what problems are they solving for 5. Envision what a future end of success should look like if these problems are solved 6 Outline questions that are critical to enabling this end solution, a path to resolution navigating analysis as found in #3. 7. Create an interview script from these questions , create a stakeholder map analysis and administer the questions based on the stakeholder map. It is best this is done as a brainstorming session
