In my experience I found that accessing many different techniques is necessary to motivate your team. You must stay diligent in your confidence and abilities and learn and show your team that you are positive and motivated yourself. Quite honestly, the most important characteristic I found with a motivator is their ability to understand and listen to the team. I do not rely on only myself as a primary motivation. Each team member is more than capable of motivating their team. By listening and understanding each person's unique experiences, it is very possible to motivate each member to rise up and do their part so that a project can be finalized in a positive and timely manner 😀
