A few times a day I would get a watter or coffee and walk around the work areas I was responsible for. I liked to engage team members in conversation. Conversation about them, their family their interest outside of work. This worked for me in several ways. I got a break from my tasking, they got a break from theirs and I made a personal connections with my team. Procuro sempre pensar antes de executar e aprender com meus próprios erros e acertos, nesse quesito, o autoconhecimento ajuda muito. Deixo as atividades que exigem maior concentração para o período da manhã, por exemplo, pois sei que vou render muito mais.
