If the marketer feels that the work environment does not allow freedom to express ideas, thoughts, or initiatives without criticism, it will destroy morale and stop the wheel of creativity. Of course, it goes without saying that accountability and relevancy should exist when marketers present their ideas, just remember time is a scarce commodity to waste on non relevant, costly ideas because at that moment credibility will be lost.
