When I started I didn't know much and had to step up my game. 3. Take time to seat with everybody around you. Schedule some time to learn what they do, you will learn that the person next to you most likely can influence your projects. 4. Find a mentor who a care about your development. Your manager is important but try to find another mentor from other department that can guide you and connect you with others
