This category was the most telling sign for me. Self-care means recalibration and alignment of one’s values with their career choice and platform/team. The more the above are out of sync, the more one’s health deteriorates.

I find that feeling undervalued and neglecting personal care are also signs of burnout which can lead to lack of motivation and eventually cause decrease in productivity and enthusiasm for work. A demotivated professional will not be able to provide the best service to their client due to their impaired judgement which causes them to make poor decisions and potential mistakes in transactions. This can ultimately lead to client dissatisfaction and a damaged reputation. Prioritising self care by making time for activities such as exercising will nourish your soul, body and spirit. Acknowledging and celebrating accomplishments also serves to boost confidence and motivation. Finally, taking regular breaks is crucial to enable you recharge.

From my standpoint, one of the most important signs of burnout is "lack of focus". It can spreaded with lots of consequences and evidences chain, such as: poor motivation, bad sleep quality, irritability, health impacts, etc. Important is to discover the main reason or to find out what the triggers are.
