Cuando sientes que podrías destacar por variados aspectos y que son muchos los temas que te interesan, te recomiendo utilizar el método Ikigai para ordenarte.. yo lo utilice para definir mi propósito y fue maravilloso y muy revelador. En mi opinión, tener un propósito te ayuda a focalizar y motivarte en el trabajo de tener una marca personal diferenciadora. Un punto adicional es ser honesto/a, en mostrar lo que realmente eres, de lo contrario las personas se alejaran de ti.

I will advise them to do their Karma without aiming to be promoted. There are a few basic principles of life. The result of the Karma is not in our hands. So, expectations can be disappointing. Good Karma may not always lead to promotion, but it will not harm one's chances. Helping others is a good idea. Also a great idea is to celebrate others' promotions and success. When you focus on performing your KRA to the best of your capabilities and help others in doing theirs, the promotion will come naturally.
