One of the best things to prep about is knowing what are your flaws. And how they can play out in negative and positive towards the goals. Try to reflect on your past failures due to your weaknesses. Now try to understand what part of your flaw really was the reason. And then try to understand what it is that needs to be avoided and enhanced on while these questions are asked. Be sharp, not quick. This is important so interviewers/investors know that you are someone who believes in self-growth and are willing to work on yourself and build character.
