En mi caso, a lo largo de mi vida profesional he ido desarrollando la capacidad de enseñar, ya que me resultó mucho mejor enseñar a los más jóvenes o nuevos, ya que la mayoría están ávidos de conocimiento y el balance era positivo porque también aprendía y sigo aprendiendo de ellos. Una vez leí que en la vida tenemos buenas experiencias y otras en las que aprendemos, con esto quiero decir que es muy importante estar enfocados en los objetivos estratégicos de la organización que nos acoge, ya que van a haber algunas decisiones buenas y otras no tanto pero si tenemos claro el objetivo esa curva va a ser mucho más rápida de superar.
