Implementing EHRs in daily practice really helps healthcare professionals by cutting off the manual process for more effective and efficient healthcare, which improves patient outcomes. From my experience during my internship, I found EHRs really helpful by saving much time in conducting therapeutic drug monitoring using the PCNE (Pharmaceutical Care Network Europe) template, which is automatically integrated with physicians' and nurses' records, patients' laboratory results, drug history, and records from previous inpatient and outpatient visits.
