Apart from sleeping, eating well, exercising, taking breaks, practising mindfulness, meditating etc, one thing I have found helpful through experience is having someone who supports you by listening to you. Self-care can also include talking to a friend, receiving some coaching or undertaking some counselling. If it means that time off is required, then take it without feeling guilty about it.

I agree that we must learn and grow. I am a believer in continuous learning as well as reflection. Sometimes it seems that we need more hours to answer to everything, but the important things can be done later! Define what is urgent and what is important and organize your agenda for the next day!
