As our PM says we have to continuously reform, perform and transform and to do that, entrepreneurship is a must.

First of all, conduct a review on the current situation, in order to determine which direction public administration/ service might journey to in the future. Aligned to that assessment, identify which innovations and or strategies are needed. to be able to respond to the possible challenges and/or expectations.

It is usually solving problems when you don't need a lot of money and a kind of process change. The delicate balance has to be maintained keeping all the stakeholders interests in mind. Unlike private sector, the process is considered supreme here.

Entrepreneurship is not necessarily about starting a venture. It is much more. For example, the continuous zeal to find a new path, new process is also about entrepreneurship. It is normally called 'innovation'. The ability and courage to challenge a set paradigm, experiment for improved efficiency and/ or result is also about entrepreneurship. It is also about finding out methods of assessment of public delivery systems. How could one devise a new evaluation and assessment system that by design improves public system delivery.

In my public administration experience, entrepreneurship entails identifying opportunities to innovate and create value for the public sector. This involves launching social enterprises, initiating policy changes, developing digital platforms, or forming public-private partnerships. Thirdly, the desire for personal growth and skill development motivates many to challenge themselves. Additionally, opportunities for accessing funding and resources often propel entrepreneurial ventures. Lastly, a sense of dissatisfaction with the status quo often drives individuals to pursue transformative change through entrepreneurship.
