S1- Sort and discard ( Getting rid of anything and everything that unnecessarily occupies valuable warehousing space) S2 - Shine and inspect S3 - Signpost and Order S4 - Simply and standardize S5 - Sustain That will improve the flow of warehousing operations. A warehouse where there a place for everything and everything is in its place is most ideal. It prevents stock damages, stock loss 📉 and eliminate inventory.
