Do you want to get hired at your dream company? Once you have figured out your objective, figure out who your audience is. What moves them? What resonates? Where are they located? Now craft your identity with the message and value proposition that speaks with your audience. (Notice I didn't say speaks to because it's a relationship, not a one-way street).

Therefore, you show up wearing your values and integrate your clues into you digital platforms i.e all you post, argue and contribute should vividly tell us what your value are.
