Hire more staff so that you can create a rotation that will hopefully lead to the minimization of burn out. burnout occurs because people feel pressured to always be in performance mode. The more staff you have the more of a rotation you will be able to create. A rotation would be beneficial to current as well as future staff.

For example, if I see someone is feeling stressed, I check in with them often, offering support and telling them it's okay to take breaks. I think it's super important to say thank you and show that I appreciate their hard work. By doing this, I help my team feel good and do their best at work, which is something I really care about.
