Je vois trop régulièrement des candidatures avec un métier affiché en gros et en gras qui ne correspond pas à celui que j'ai diffusé dans mon offre d'emploi. Si vous souhaitez sortir du lot ou tout simplement ne pas sortir trop vite du process de recrutement pensez à bien personnaliser vos candidatures. Il faut garder à l'esprit qu'une personne qui recrute analyse des CV en volume et ne va prendre que quelques secondes pour présélectionner ou non votre profil.
