I try to visit as often as possible other companies from different sectors. It's not uncommon to see solutions that can be upgraded and implemented at our own company - even at different areas within the company.

In the day to day operation we will be always focusing to achieve daily targets which is the top most priorities. As we all know, we retain 30% of what we observe, 75% of what we practice after learning and 90% of what we teach others. It is essential to put to practice what we learn as it helps us retain more of what we learn. Also, there is no reason of learning what we don't put to practice. If we don't practice it then there is no reason of learning the new trends
