Any feedback has a value. we tend to fall in love with our products and ideas and can become defensive. this will allow people to provide honest feedback and this is one of the key objectives in innovation and startup - to have validation - by customers, peers etc. try to envision your self as the feedback provider , since it can reflect what other users will share and this is a great opportunity to fix many issues or to decide not to fix but for example improve usability and UX.

escutar um feedback negativo não é tão ruim quanto parece. um feedback deve ser construtivo e ao receber um, você tem a possibilidade e a oportunidade de analisar, entender, verificar se faz sentido, para só então resolver ou melhorar a crítica recebida. lembre-se sempre de filtrar o feedback, antes de tomar qualquer decisão, analise com dados e não com emoção somente.
