Quick Assist has been my go-to due to its ease of use for end-users on Windows OS, though it has recently faced security vulnerabilities. +1 for TeamViewer and AnyDesk which are excellent alternatives. Additionally, Windows Remote Desktop Assistance is available, but it does not permit administrative actions requiring elevated privileges.
