Actually I disagree with working at unrelated industries but fore demonstrate your adaptability you should give examples of how you worked with a diverse team, how you adapted to different managers and new organization expectations, or how you built a new team based on company strategies. show that you value different opinions, experiences and creativity because every team need some level of conflict that is helpful for the growth of team mindset.
