The SEO space has so much knowledge out there for free and so many gold nuggets buried in niche blog posts and videos with only a few views. Figure out who the smartest people in the space are learn everything you can from them.

To have a growth mindset in SEO, adopt a Kaizen mindset. SEO is one of those infinite games where nobody really becomes a master. However, constant improvements will help vault you to the upper echelons of your field. How do you do this? 1) Read every day 2) Experiment on your own 3) Keep an SEO idea journal. Any time you come across something that makes you say "Hmm, that's interesting", add it to your SEO idea journal. 4) Keep metrics of decisions you made 5) Write everyday.
