Thank you. Collaboration is a great suggestion. Collaboration is a great and positive way to address understanding what digital literacy is. I had not thought of that. Defining 'digital literacy' is first. Comprehensive is, to me, is second. Collaborating with others, third. Now... Once we all agree on the definition.. We may have a conversation. It's rare, but possible.

I just wanted to share a real life personal story to illustrate that when it comes to digital literacy, it is never too late to start or improve: my grandmother was 70 when I started my studies in computer science. She made it clear that if her granddaughter is going to major in this subject, she also needs to keep up to date with things. She requested we buy her a desktop computer. Later she needed a laptop, WiFi, and a tablet. She's now in her 90s and spends hours online keeping in touch with family and friends, and friendly-pestering her church community. She's even started her own mailing list and sends out newsletters with photos she's edited herself. Digital literacy has really improved her lifestyle and happiness.
