In my experience the one thing you must always include in reviewing your plan is the ability to revise your plan. Career plans must be dynamic to adapt to changing markets, changing technologies, and our own changing priorities and interests. Most people who look back on a decade or more of a career will tell you that what was planned back then is very different from reality today. And in a positive, successful way.

Think about networking within the sector, earning experience in various insurance-related fields, and earning relevant certifications goes a long way. For instance; I had the opportunity to do marketing, underwriting and claims at the start of my career this helped me appreciate things better . Review and modify your plan frequently in light of evolving interests and skill set. To remain competitive, always be informed about technological advancements as well as market trends.
