In my experience, the best results are in dividing teamwork into 2 pillars: teambuilding proposed by the company; and the second is for the team to constantly be the protagonist in conflict resolution: comment on what problems and possible solutions they see in their own area and in others. It is a space where they open minds to creative solutions, it is ideal every 15 days, in the middle and end of the month.
