Pasantia si o pasantia no. Hay que hacer pasantia, sirve. Hace mucho tiempo podías sumar crédito en la fadu, si hacías una pasantia en vez de cursar una electiva. Yo trabaje desde que comencé a estudiar arquitectura, entonces no tuve pasantia. Hay desventaj ya que al hacer un trabajo normal de 8 hs, estudiar se complicaba un poco recuerdo estar cursando 3 año materialización de proyectos. Salía del trabajo estaba cerca de la fadu. Apenas llegaba hacia todo en un tablero los dibujo lo corregía con liqui papel y fotocopia a, hace toda la cursada, no use la compu para la entrega me fue bien la creatividad que tenia para optimizar el tiempo y las ganas, para llegar a ser profesional. La pasantia tiene beneficio sin lugar dudas es una buena

Una pasantia creo que sirve mas al empleador que al empleado, porque el empleador tiene ventajas fiscales al empledor. Porque la pasantia en argentina dura 3 meses cuanto puede aprender en 3 meses. No mucho especializarse en algo tarda mas. Sirve como aproximacion al trabajo. Y creo que si la empresa lo hace pasar por varios sectorez mucho beneficio no tendra porque estara muy pendiente de enseñar. La pasantia tendria que durar 1 año minimo. Una empresa no es una escuela. El que quiere profesionalizarse que se busque un empleo de 8 hs ahi sabra las exigencia del rubo de la industria de la construccion

Norma de seguridad, durante el periodo de estudiante me tocó trabajar en planta de siderca en campana, para la empresa Stiglitz construcciones. Para poder ingresar poner un pie en la planta tenias que hacer un curso de seguridad dictado en la UTN regional campana, un sábado. Donde te marcaban las normas que hay que respetar la importancia. Trabajar dentó de la planta fue una buena experiencia ya que siderca-techint implementaba las normas de seguridad e higiene, sin excepción. Mejor experiencia que esa no hay

La pasantia dinámica de proyecto. Como reitero. Estuve trabajando en un constructora desarrolladora, empecé en posventa y terminé terminando un edificio completo de 3000 m2. Yo me hice la carrera yo elegía los proyectos, al ser persona productiva, que no le gusta que le digan que hacer yo me mandaba sin permiso y hacia mi camino. Caminando no hay camino se hace al andar. Era muy curioso y prácticamente hacía lo que quería siempre respecto y sin se agresivo, poco me metía en las tareas que hacer pase por computo y presupuesto. No hay persona que se animaba que hacer y algún presupuesto había hecho. Y la verdad me convertí en un experto. Los proyecto de vida uno lo tiene que hacer no esperar nada de nadie
