Sometimes clients create their own feedback just by hearing themselves talk through something! Also, I would challenge the AI bot here and offer that coaching is *not* about "advising". But yes, agree that having a safe environment is key for open and direct communication with a client.

There's really no excuse to not have automatic check-ins with clients in this day and age. Personally, I use my booking software to create automatic reminders (not all software will have this feature) but it goes like this: 1) Create a "group" session - Mine's Monday 6pm 2) Add all coaching clients to the group 3) Create the "reminder" email / SMS templates 4) In template, include link to simple check-in form Hey presto! You have an automatic process to collect simple weekly check-ins from clients.
