I used to have one strip of Novalgin tablets. Consumed 2 to 3 tablets per week.Had an opportunity to join a yoga class for one week (21 hours).Stopped taking tablets for headache after this class.Even headache is there that will go gradually without taking tablet.After learning breathing exercise I have been practising around 23 years.Breathing exercise has become my daily routine.Now I am a tablet free man. My suggestion is if we do practice breathing exercise the blood circulation will be ok.So that our health is also ok
