Resilience and adaptability is one of the utmost priority for start-ups. During my 2 years in managing one of the corporate unit on a start-up basis, I found reflection sessions with the team very useful. This is when leaders and the team discuss, on weekly basis or more frequently, what works well and what needs to be changed. We also found the good practise is to invite outside expert to these discussions to decide on some pivotal changes.

To make the best pivot, you must know all your options and have all the information at hand in order to pivot to the best position to ensure survival. Do your research, find the best options, look at what other companies are doing and see what really works. Knowledge is power, and by knowing where every path leads, you're able to find the best route to success.
