And every solution to a problems comes with its own unique problems. It depends on solution how long it sustained or relaxed from Issues. In nut shell we have to fix issues before they become problems. Hence one cannot master the problem solving technique. Other way around a techniques or process can be designed to fix issues before they become problem.
