Well, Prioritise your end of the day. Sometimes taking 1 hours catching up on emails at the end of the days just help me greatly for when I am back and not facilitating. If not, I would answer everything when I am back and sometimes have to wait for others to respond.

Try to ask yourself: why do you have some many conflicting priorities? One of the hardest but most important skills in life is prioritisation and saying no to things. Of course multiple concurrent deadlines happens from time to time but if this is your default setting then no amount of plans, delegation, flexibility, etc will be a good enough solution
