However, there is a distinction between this and goal-setting; intention setting is a lot more loose, and more focused on feelings rather than productivity or tangible results. Sometimes, when we're not clear on our intentions, achieving our goals can come with the cost of feeling stressed, frazzled and burnt out. So make sure that you're setting intentions during the day on HOW you want to be successful as a freelancer. It's as easy as saying "I love that I achieved what I set out to do in my career field with ease and patience." Or other ways you'd like to feel!

This approach, known as 'eating the frog,' ensures that you make significant progress early in the day, which can boost your morale and keep you motivated to continue working on other tasks.

Reflection allows you to stay connected with your inner purpose and ensures that your freelance journey aligns with your personal and professional aspirations.
