Established on July 1, 2009, the Study Group to Vitalize the Corporate Bond Market (Chairman: Mr. Toshihiko Fukui (President, The Canon Institute for Global Studies)) has worked as a forum to discuss various issues relating to the current conditions and ideas for vitalization of the Japanese corporate bond market.
