ICMA Future Leaders (IFL) is designed to benefit the younger generation of finance professionals in ICMA’s membership, connecting them with the services and networking opportunities which can enhance their skills and careers.
It is led by a steering committee that provides the Association with guidance and input on how best to communicate with the younger generation working in the debt capital markets, organising events and other initiatives to cultivate this community.
IFL is here not only to bridge the gap - to help young professionals to navigate and find their way in the complex world of capital markets - but also to make a positive impact on careers through its various initiatives.
IFL focuses on four core areas and getting involved starts with you!
