Based on the Saikyou Onmyouji no Isekai Tenseiki (A Record of the Strongest Onmyouji's Reincarnation to Another World) light novel series written by Kiichi Kosuzu and illustrated by Shiso (first volume) and Kihiro Yuzuki (from second volume). It began serialization online in December 2018 on the user-generated novel publishing website Shosetsuka ni Narou. It was later acquired by Futabasha, who have published five volumes since July 2019 under their M Novels imprint. They later republished the series with Yuunagi as the new illustrator since July 2022 under their Monster Bunko label.
Saikyou Onmyouji no Isekai Tenseiki was released on Blu-ray and DVD on May 26, 2023.
