As of March 2006, he is the most prolific voice actor in Japan with 231 credited roles and appearances to his name.

He is also part of the voice actor quartet Weiss consisting of Weiss Kreuz voice castmates Shinichiro Miki, Hiro Yuuki, and Tomokazu Seki.

As a foreign media dub artist, he is known to dub over the role of Freddie Prinze Jr. as Fred Jones in the live action Scooby-Doo! films and Joker in Suicide Squad and Lego Batman movie. He also recently played Doctor Thaddeus Sivana in the Japanese dub of Shazam!.

He mostly uses the alias of Hayato Juumonji while working in adult rated series, but he has other aliases as well.

He had his first main role on 1989, when he voiced Gai in Tenku Senki Shurato.

He used to be affiliated with Production Baobab, but he now is affiliated with his own office, T's Factory, which was founded on 1999.
