The Dropbox service has been experiencing issues since Sunday. Has anyone else experienced this issue? The support team seems to be unresponsive.

Could you let us know some additional information about the issues you've been facing so that  we can assist further?

I have reached out to the support team twice. My initial ticket number, which we opened when we first discovered this issue, is 23730563. I followed up with a chat with one of the support representatives, and the ticket number for that is 23733952. Any help with this issue is much appreciated.

I was able to locate it in our system and passed your comments on to the expert who's looking into your case.
