Tse Koon is Group Executive and Group Head of Consumer Banking Group and Wealth Management.

Prior to this, he was Country Head of DBS Singapore, where he was responsible for anchoring the Singapore franchise with sustainable revenue drivers and strong mindshare. Before that, he was Group Head of Strategy and Planning at DBS.

Tse Koon was conferred the Institute of Banking & Finance (IBF) Distinguished Fellow Award (Corporate Banking) in 2021. In 2022, he was awarded the Medal of Commendation (Star) by the National Trade Union Congress (NTUC) for his leadership in creating a future-ready workforce at DBS.

Tse Koon has 29 years of banking experience and started his career at Standard Chartered Bank where he held senior positions across various markets in Asia, Middle East, and the United Kingdom. He was CEO of Indonesia prior to joining DBS, and his other roles included Head of Governance (Europe, Middle East, Africa & Americas), Chief Information Officer (Singapore), Head of Technology & Operations (Singapore) and Regional Head of Trade.

Tse Koon is currently a Board of Director of NETS Pte Ltd and the Chairman of the Association of Banks in Singapore’s (ABS) Culture and Conduct Steering Group. He also sits on the Board of Governors for the Singapore International Foundation (SIF) and Nanyang Polytechnic. Tse Koon champions gender diversity and is a mentor with BoardAgender by Singapore Council of Women’s Organisation.

Hou Wey Fook assumed the role of Chief Investment Officer (CIO) in September 2017. He leads a team of investment strategists and communications specialists within the CIO office, to establish and curate DBS’s recommended investment strategies.

Wey Fook has 30 years of fund management experience under his belt. He started his career at Government of Singapore Investment Corp (GIC) followed by OCBC Asset Management. Under his leadership at OCBC Asset Management, he has consistently won the industry’s accolades including “The Best Manager – Mixed Asset Class”.

Before joining DBS, Wey Fook spent 10 years as Managing Director in Bank of Singapore where he held various roles including Chief Investment Officer, and Head of Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) and Funds.

Wey Fook graduated with an Engineering degree from National University of Singapore and holds the CFA Charter.

Jeremy Soo joined DBS in 2003 and is currently the Managing Director and Head of DBS Consumer Banking Group in Singapore. Jeremy has direct responsibilities to grow the Singapore consumer banking franchise. He oversees the DBS, POSB, Treasures Priority Banking and business segments, including credit cards, investment, insurance and banking products.

Prior to his current position, Jeremy was the Head of Secured Loans, responsible for DBS Consumer Secured Loans with portfolio covering products relating to mortgages for residential & commercial properties, Auto Loans Financing, Secured Overdrafts and Share Margin Finance.

Jeremy has 20 years of consumer banking and finance experience. Before DBS, he spent 18 years with Citibank Global Consumer Banking Group, Singapore. He was the key management staff primarily responsible for Consumer Lending. His last appointment was Vice President – Member of the Senior Management Group of Citibank Global Consumer Banking Group, Singapore.

A Singapore citizen, Jeremy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management (Economics) from the University of London.

Yeo Wenxian is the Head of DBS Treasures Singapore, responsible for overseeing both Onshore and Offshore businesses and clients.

Wenxian joined DBS in 2011 and is an experienced banker with expertise in consumer and corporate banking. During her tenure in DBS' Consumer Banking Group, Wenxian has served as the Head of Retail Customer Segment, Head of POSB, and Head of Distribution. In these roles, she prioritised delivering customer-centric solutions and spearheaded the branch transformation strategy in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Wenxian was also previously the Singapore Chief Operating Officer for DBS and a key member of the Strategic Advisory team within DBS’ Institutional Banking Group.

Wenxian commenced her career in 2000 with JPMorgan's investment banking division in New York, where she advised companies on mergers and acquisitions as well as capital raisings. She graduated from Brown University in the United States, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Wenxian is married and a mother to three children; she enjoys walking and listening to podcasts.

Choon Kiat joined DBS Bank in 2010 as Head of Treasury and Investment advisory. He started his banking career in Institutional Treasury sales, before moving into the Wealth Management segment with Citibank as a Treasury specialist. Prior to joining DBS, He was holding managerial position in the wealth management division with both Standard Chartered Bank and United Overseas Bank.

Currently, he oversees a team of Treasury and Investment specialists, who provide investment solutions and execution capabilities to our valued clients. He also works closely with the Group Investment and product team to deliver product ideas and solution to meet clients' risk profile and needs.

Choon Kiat graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor in Business - Banking (Honours).

He is married with 2 kids and is an avid football fan.
