Nelly says she was 'sick and sad' before putting on weight

Despite being classified as 'healthier' at her lower weight, the social media sensation confessed she was actually 'sick and sad' before. She also slammed the existing BMI system as 'outdated and inaccurate'.

In her caption, Nelly wrote: "If the BMI scale knew how tired I was, how weak, lonely, light-headed, sad and sick I was, I don't think it would label me as 'healthy'. But it didn't, because it is an extremely outdated and more importantly, inaccurate way of measuring a human's health. I'll go with the last scale thank you."
